We’re looking for beauty junkies, skincare gurus, haircare aficionados and wellbeing-warriors with passion and ambition to be the trusted expert to others. You thrive sharing your product knowledge, explaining benefits of specific ingredients and telling the provenance story of brands. You love helping customers to find their perfect match, solving their beauty concerns and recommending products which are Cult.

 

What you'll be doing

• Offer unrivalled knowledge of Cult Beauty’s 250+ Brands and 11,000 products.

• Deliver bespoke consultations for customers seeking tailored advice for their skincare, make-up, haircare and well-being needs.

• Provide expert recommendations of how to use products, the benefits of their active ingredients and guide customers of all ages and genders to reap maximum reward.

• Proactively learn about new brands and products as they launch.

• As the face and voice of Cult Beauty respond with enthusiasm and initiative to customers across existing channels – telephone, email & social media, as well as new channels to include whatsapp and Live Chat.

• Participate in Cult Beauty’s growing Social Media presence regularly contributing to content for Instagram, Facebook & Twitter.

• Represent Cult Beauty in live events both online & in-person to amplify brand awareness.

• Host Cult Beauty ‘by-invitation’ events from pop-ups to partnerships and in-store activations.

• Support Cult Retail activity, in-person sales & consultations, POS operations, gift wrapping.

• Clientele a given list of Cult Beauties – contact customers via their preferred channel to offer them a follow-up consultation or to let them know about specific launches.

• Work alongside Customer Service Team to provide resolutions for VIP Customers.

• Assess customer product reviews and monitor feedback from customers across all channels to identify trends & demand for new product ranges.

• Contribute to department sales target, identify opportunities to upsell and increase order values.

• Deliver world-class customer service and contribute to the achievement of department SLAs.

 

Must haves

• 2+ years’ experience in the beauty industry (either within Retail or as a trained Beauty therapist/make-up artist)

• Beauty Enthusiast – knowledgeable about the latest innovations and key trends.

• Proven ability of sales through service and achievement of sales targets.

• Passion for delivering world class customer service.

• Previous experience with Zendesk is advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluent English language; articulate with brilliant spelling and grammar.

• Demonstrable examples of solving problems and using initiative.

• Outstanding team-player; positive, reliable and able to work collaboratively.

• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to empathise with a wide range of customers.

• Demonstrate the ability to become a subject matter expert in systems, processes and policies.

• Sustained record of time-keeping and attendance.

 

Locaiton: Cult Beauty Head Office, N1 8AF HOURS: Full-time [37½ hours], shifts between 8am – 8pm.

7 days including public holidays
